Balsamic Glazed Portobello Caps!
These are one of my go to dinners because they’re really easy to make and are BURSTING with flavor (I usually hate using that food phrase - so corny - but these LITERALLY burst with flavor.)
Best of all you can have them over a salad, with a side of veggies, on a burger bun, in a wrap…I could go on, and on…
