sauteed collard with LIQUID SMOKE. first time cooking with it! very impressed with the flavor it gave this dish…these were really easy and yummy. if you’ve ever had a bunch of greens but didn’t know what to do with them, definitely try this. they make the perfect side dish!
what do you guys do with liquid smoke? what are your thoughts on it?
