a healthy banana bread? can it BE?! I normally don’t make these because, I mean, what’s a banana bread if it isn’t laden with oil, sugar, and chocolate chips, right? But this is a healthy version — whole wheat flour, no oil, and sweetened with agave. It’s perfect for breakfast, or even a light dessert….really good!
