The first post in my Recipe Request series, this one came to me from a co worker currently trying to lose weight for her wedding. She’s on Weight Watchers and passed this along to me and I gave them a shot. Surprisingly they weren’t god awful!

Alright, peeps. Here’s the deal. Throughout the past few weeks a bunch of you have emailed me with requests/recommended recipes that you suggest I try making. I love it! Keep them coming. I decided that once a week, I’m going to take one of these requests/recommendations, make it, and then post how it came out and what my verdict is.

Double Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies - VEGAN!

This is the first in my “Veganize It” Series. I’ll be taking store bought mixes and, with a few substitutions, making them vegan. 

This was my first shot: Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownies and they came out INSANELY delicious. People in my office even went as far as calling them “the best brownies they’ve ever had.” 

They require all of FOUR ingredients and are very rich and fudgy.
