Usually I’m an oatmeal in the morning gal….scratch that, every single morning for the past 24 ish years, I’ve had oatmeal for breakfast. It;s THE ONLY thing that keeps me full! Enter: quinoa. I made this this past weekend for breakfast and let me tell you…stuff is GOOD, yo.
