ANNOUNCEMENT: I have found THE BEST Vegan brownies….on the planet. I know, tall order, right? BUT, it’s true. I’ve made batch upon batch of awful vegan brownies, so you can imagine my sheer GLEE (literally — that’s what it was) when I tasted this straight out of the oven with a spoon (yep, that’s right, a spoon….they were just THAT ooey and gooey.)
I can’t claim this recipe to be my own — I wish I could! It’s from The Blooming Platter.

This is the first in my “Veganize It” Series. I’ll be taking store bought mixes and, with a few substitutions, making them vegan.
This was my first shot: Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownies and they came out INSANELY delicious. People in my office even went as far as calling them “the best brownies they’ve ever had.”
